Fill the tank with 1L of warm water (add NIBOVI Instrument Disinfectant Powder if disinfecting)
Always run a DEGAS Cycle at the beginning of the day, prior to the first cleaning cycle. This can be done at the default setting of 180 seconds.
Place tools in the basket — suitable for both metal and plastic instruments
Select your cleaning cycle:
• 90 seconds (standard clean)
• 180 seconds (3 mins)
• 280 seconds (5 mins)
• 380 seconds (6 mins)
• 480 seconds (8 mins)
Once the cycle finishes, remove tools, rinse, and dry thoroughly

If you wish to return your NIBOVI Maris Ultrasonic Machine, please contact us at customercare@nibovi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
* Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
* Returns must include the original packing slip.
* Returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@nibovi.com with the following:
* Your full name and order number
* Description of the issue
* A clear photograph showing the fault
* Attached packing slip
Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or other suitable resolution at our discretion.
