NIBOVI Bit Guide

Carbide Bits

Removing product safely and efficiently starts with the right carbide. Find your system below and the bit built for it.

All of our NIBOVI bits are coated in ZrN which prolongs the lifespan of the bit up to 4x longer compared to an uncoated bit. Gives enhanced durability, heat resistance, less vibration and a smoother performance.

Diamond Bits

Cuticle work is all about understanding the skin type  in front of you. Every NIBOVI diamond bit carries a coloured flag showing its grit. Here's how to choose yours:

  • Yellow – delicate, sensitive skin, or cuticle types without much to work with.
  • Red – average cuticles and skin types. The most universal and popular diamond grit.
  • Medium – thicker, drier, more rubbery cuticle types only. Reaching for medium too quickly risks overworking the skin, leaving cuticles drier and more reactive. Only for those who genuinely need more than red.

Step one: lifting the pocket

  • Orange wood stick – lifts the pocket to begin cuticle work.
  • Loop pusher or Palm bit – removes cuticle from the nail plate. Palm available in XF, F and M.
