DUNE Returns & Faults Policy
We’re proud to offer products that combine performance with purpose and the DUNE dust extractor is no exception. Please read the below information carefully.
Change of Mind
If you have purchased DUNE through our website and have not opened or used the product, you are entitled to return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
* The product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
* Once opened and used, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Faults or Issues
If you believe your DUNE extractor is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the following:
* A written description of the issue
* Supporting photos or video showing the fault
* Your original order number & warranty number
If the product is found to be faulty (e.g. not performing as described, manufacturing defect), we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
Please note: Perceived loudness, size, or user preference does not constitute a fault. All specifications including noise level, suction speed, and dimensions are clearly stated on the product page to help you make an informed decision.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: 5 Years
Every DUNE extractor is covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Your warranty card must be completed in full and include:
* The serial number
* The date of sale
* The seller’s signature
Warranty coverage includes:
1. The electronic components of the device.
2. Shipping costs for warranty cases are covered by the seller.
3. If the product is resold, the warranty remains valid only for the original warranty card holder.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
* Damage caused by foreign objects or liquids entering the fan.
* Failure to follow recommended filter replacement (every 2–3 months via the NIBOVI website).
* Evidence of unauthorised repairs
* Defects from transportation after purchase.
* Damage from natural disasters.
