Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the handpiece remains unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the seal has been broken or tampered with.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the handpiece has been received and inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility.
