Our 2-in-1 high performance disinfectant and detergent powder eliminates the need for a separate sanitising step. It simplifies your hygiene routine whilst giving a truly advanced clean.
Mix one 20g level scoop of powder into 980ml of warm tap water. Make sure the powder is completely dissolved before proceeding with the following steps.
Note:
The powder remains active for up to 8 hours, so there in no need to empty or refill the Ultrasonic Machine between cycles. A single scoop will last for the entire day.

If you wish to return your NIBOVI Instrument Disinfectant Powder, please contact us at customercare@nibovi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
* Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
* Returns must include the original packing slip.
* Returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@nibovi.com with the following:
* Your full name and order number
* Description of the issue
* A clear photograph showing the fault
* Attached packing slip
Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or other suitable resolution at our discretion.
