Your NIBOVI Luxe E-File Machine is a precision machine designed for professional use. To maintain its performance, longevity, and appearance, please follow the care instructions below.

Daily/Weekly Care

* Wipe down your hand piece and control unit with a soft, lint-free cloth.
* Use a lightly dampened cloth (water only or 70% IPA) to remove surface dust and debris. AVOID THE SCREEN.
* Never submerge the hand piece or control box in water or cleaning solutions.
* Avoid using acetone, harsh solvents, or abrasive cleaners on any part of the device.

Helpful Tips

* Do not leave your Luxe constantly on charge, charge fully then disconnect.
* Always use your e-file alongside a professional dust extractor and dust cap to reduce buildup within the hand piece.
* Avoid wrapping cords tightly around the hand piece or control unit.
* Do not tug or stretch cables when disconnecting — always hold the connector firmly.
* Only insert e-file bits designed for professional use with a standard 3/32” shaft.
* Ensure the hand piece is unlocked when inserting or removing bits — never force a bit into the collet.

Storage & Transport

* Turn off the machine after each session, do not leave in pause mode.
* If transporting the Luxe unit, use a padded case to prevent damage to the hand piece and controls.

Routine Maintenance

* Inspect the hand piece regularly for signs of wear, overheating, or vibration changes.
* Contact NIBOVI for part servicing or replacement if you notice reduced performance.

NIBOVI LUXE E-File Machine – Returns & Warranty Policy

We’re committed to providing high-performance tools that professionals can rely on. Please read the following information carefully before purchasing or submitting a return or warranty claim.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item remains completely unopened and sealed in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the seal has been broken or tampered with.

To initiate a return:

* Contact us at customercare@nibovi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
* Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility.

One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Your NIBOVI E-File Machine is covered by a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

* Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
* Faults with internal components such as the motor or power supply, under normal use.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the machine. The method of resolution is at NIBOVI’s discretion.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

* General wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
* Misuse, accidental damage, or neglect (e.g., dropping).
* Use by unqualified individuals.
* Use of unauthorised accessories or chargers.
* Attempted repairs by anyone other than an authorised technician.
* Machines used outside of professional settings.

Important: NIBOVI E-File Machines are intended for professional use only by qualified e-file technicians. Use by untrained individuals will void the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please contact customercare@nibovi.com with:

* Proof of purchase (order number or dated receipt).
* A detailed description of the issue.
* Photos or video if applicable.

We’ll respond with the next steps. In warranty cases, you’ll be required to send the product to us for inspection.

The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to us. If a fault is confirmed, we will cover the return cost of the repaired or replacement unit.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs & Replacements

We offer diagnostic inspections, repairs, and part replacements for machines outside the warranty period.

* You will receive a quote for the cost of repair upon inspection.
* Work will only proceed once the quote has been approved by you.
