To keep your NIBOVI E-File Bit Case in the best condition:
Wipe the surface regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals or acetone, as these will damage the case or gold logo.
Do not submerge in water.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.
Always ensure your e-file bits are clean and fully dry before placing them inside.
Returns & Faulty Item Policy
If you wish to return your NIBOVI E-File Bit Case , please contact us at customercare@nibovi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
* Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
* Returns must include the original packing slip.
* Returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@nibovi.com with the following:
* Your full name and order number
* Description of the issue
* A clear photograph showing the fault
* Attached packing slip
Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or other suitable resolution at our discretion.
